How to train a terrorist

I simply loved the movie: How to Train a Dragon. Watched it a second time and loved it even more. Hats off to the animation, graphics, sets and sound. Well apart from the entertainment value it carries, it has a tremendous training to offer. The whole movie is about training. Its an education for all trainers/teacgers/parents. There is a dragon in each one of us. And there are dragons around us in human form, the naxalites/terrorists/criminals ( politicians ;-) ), our rivals/competitors in office/business, may be neighbours, for that matter, even people in our family. Our own mind or ego can be our worst enemy or our best friend. The movie how to tarin a dragon, gives a deep insight into how we we could handle these other dragons.  Step 1: Confront with Courage Step 2: Approach with Love Step 3: Excercise patience and understanding Step 4: Deal with Skill When the above is done, instead of friends turning into rivals, rivals turn into friends and instead of love fermenting into jealous
