Diving Deeper n deeper...

The Hamburg Part1 course for repeaters from Oct 14 to 18th was very special. I realized that when the students are good sadhaks, the teachers experience goes deeper, and the teachers job becomes easy.








The knowledge was opening veil after veil and tickling the conciousness of the people as they went more and more in awe of it.


Discovered two new games which were absolute fun and offered wonderful insight into the mind.


The meditations used to be so deep, nobody would want to open their eyes, even after it was over. On the last day, after the aura meditation, it was spellbound, the silence was speaking something so profound and blissful, love and gratitude could be heard and grace could be felt like a fragrance in every breath.

I experienced effortlessness of doing and hollow and emptiness of the being.

Session with Bawa-n-Dinesh in Delhi on 21Jan'09

I am sure it must have happened sometime in your life, you are walking on the street, just passing a cake shop, and you slow down wondering whether you should give in to the temptation and indulge, you have almost decided not to, and a gentle breeze parcels a whiff of sweet aromatic air right into your nose! The airport, spread over 4000 acres, can handle 11 million people per annum with 27 aircraft movements per hour and an estimated 550 movements in May 2008. At its peak, it can handle 720 aircraft movements in a day. You are right, its the new Bengaluru Airport . Well, after a rejuvenating TRM with 1000 teachers from all over the country and of course Guruji, I checked in at 12 noon at counter 2 (you can see in the pic above) for my 1.00 pm Mumbai Indigo flight and sat on the bench exactly opposite (you obviously cant see in the pic) and after some amount of calculation, speculation and haa-naa haa-naa, finally did my Short Sudarshan Kriya. I must admit, I was very concious, especially while doing the Bhastrika.
